My mom is in St. Louis with my uncle. She facebook chatted me this morning in a really good mood. Asked what I did last night, told her I hung out with the neighbors, Alex and Lindsay, and a neighbor I have lately been hanging out with nearly ever night, Dave. This is what she had to say:

This family can't handle cancer right now, I know... no time is a good time. But we just can't. Grandma JUST DIED, we're still facing our first round of holidays without her. Too much at once.

My poor mom. She just can't get a break. She sent me a gmail chat that said "do not panic" then continued to tell me that some doctors found a nodule in my uncle Brett's lung and she is driving to St. Louis to be with him while they try to figure out what it is. She said "not much we can do about it. sometimes life is just that way. but this is scary and I have no doubt that i need to be there with uncle brett."

It's been the roughest year for her, for her siblings, for all of us. This just can't happen.

I've been awake since 6:30. I guess that's what happens when you sleep over at a teacher's house. I didn't see that one coming. My mom will be happy to hear it, she loved Karl from the very first second she heard anything about him.

On the bright side I washed my hair!

And tonight I'm picking the xbox up from my mom's. They fixed it for free!

I'm not wearing knee high platform boots for real.

My apt looks so trashy in this photo. I promise it's not usually this much of a wreck.

I kept my heels on up until about midnight. I'm real proud of myself because we did a lot of walking to and from various cars! I left the last party "in search of pussy." Someone told me I didn't need to go anywhere with, his hand on my ass, that I could find what I was looking for right there and I told him he was just a tease. He may have told me he wasn't butttttttt, I mean, I went home alone. Anyway! I kept telling everyone it wasn't Whore-o-ween and to put clothes on...but only to my friends. Sarah, however, was calling every single female on the street a slut!!!! Hahahaha. Very possible near drama at the beginning of the night but MAN this Hween was so much better than last years during which I ditched my friends and played Little Big Planet with Sean all night. Happy happy happy.

She took over 500 so these are just a few of my favorites.

These are in reverse order. We went to Ault Park, spent hours getting ate alive by bugs. Then we bought balloons and went to this great abandoned complex here in Clifton. It's like 4 run down apartment buildings all boarded up. It was neat. Then Taco Bell then old zombie movies at the Dennig house, now home. mmmmm goodnight.

The plan for the day was to be lazy on Jacob's couch and watch Planet Earth but I woke up cheerful, actually put on alright looking clothes, even washed my hair! The weather was nice so I called him and said we were gonna go to a park! And we did!

Then we went and I bought him lunch/dinner at PF Changs since I tried to buy him dinner yesterday and it ended up being free. Then we walked to... not Wild Oats but that other store. In Rookwood, whatever. We walked there and he bought us desserts.

Aw. I don't like cake or icing but if I did I would definitely have made him buy me one of those.

I may or may not have came home and cleaned a bit EVEN THOUGH I told myself I'd do it tomorrow. Whatever.
